GCLS Maxima Premium Calculator app for iPhone and iPad

GCLS Maxima Mortgage Premium Calculator mobile application enables the user to compute the insurance premium amount for three types of loans namely Home Loan, Asha Home Loan and Loan Against Property on Reducing Term and Level Term basis. The application accepts following inputs from the user:

• Data of birth of applicant
• Loan Amount in Indian Rupees
• Interest rate in %
• Loan Tenure in Years
• Whether to the finance the premium amount or not.

Based on these inputs gathered from the user the application will compute the premium amount and other details as mentioned below:

• Age of the borrower in years.
• Eligible tenure in years.
• Total sum assured in rupees.
• Total Premium for Group Credit Life Secure including Service Tax.
• Savings when special rates are considered for computations
• Tentative and incremental EMI
• Medical and Financial Underwriting applicability.

The application also enables the user to register the prospective customers interest/ dis-interest along with loan application number and mobile number.

This is a premium generation calculator for internal circulation and training purpose.
